Shaker JCB is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Parts Manager to join our team in Auburn, KY! Responsibilities:
- Assist the Parts Manager in overseeing daily parts department operations
- Source, order, and manage inventory of JCB and related equipment parts
- Process parts orders for customers, technicians, and service department needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct regular stock audits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing correct parts for their equipment
- Ensure parts department is organized, clean, and efficiently stocked
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a parts department, preferably in heavy equipment, agriculture, or construction
- Familiarity with JCB, construction, or heavy machinery parts is a strong plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with parts inventory management software or dealer management systems (DMS)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
